Holiday Apartment
We also have a new 2 bedroomed apartment situated on the beautiful Costa Del Sol in Spain. It is close to one of the best golf courses in the area, within five minutes walking distance of a beach, within easy walking distance of the Casino, marina, lovely shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is also only 15 minutes journey from Malaga International Airport.
The property is a new luxury 2 bed/2 bath appartment built in 2003. There is a large terrace with sea and mountain views. The property is entered at ground floor level even though the apartment is on the 4th floor, making it accessible for people with heav luggafe, golfers and wheelchairs. There is an elevator and stairs, which takes you down to the garage area with owned parking space and down to the lovely gardens consisting of two pools, one of which is suitable for children.
The apartment has double glazing, air conditioning, central heating and an entry phone.
There is a fully fitted seperate kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave.
The lounge is a good size and contains quality furniture and furnishings with 3 seater settee, 2 seater sofa, dining area with seating for 6, coffee table, units, rugs, colour television, CD/Radio and Cassette, VCR and lamp. The lounge area leads out onto a comfortable terrace.
The bedrooms consist of one double bedded and one twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes, full length mirror and air conditioning. The master bedroom also leads onto the terrace.
There is a fully fitted bathroom with marbled walls and flooring and a fully fitted shower room also with marbeled walls and flooring.

Outside there is a lovely large terrace which looks onto sea views, and this will also be attractively furnished with a patio table, chairs and BBQ.
The appartment is set in a lovely position, next door to the Torrequebrade Golf course where the Spanish Open has been held, close to the new Casino and Conference Centre, and within minutes of the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are within easy reach. The Puerto Marina is just a short distance away and can accomodate up to 1000 boats up to 6 metres long. The new Telecabina (cable car) is the only one on the Costa Del Sol and leaves from the Tivoli Esplanade, the largest Theme park in that area of Spain and crosses high over the motorway to the peak of the Carrabola Mountain, one of the most spectacular natural balconies in the povince of Malaga, and where on a clear day you can view the entire Costa Del Sol and North Africa.

Saturday is turnaround day, but is negotiable depending on availablilty and time of year.
There is a £125 holding deposit required to secure the accomodation, and should be in the form of a cheque. We regret that this
is non-refundable in the event of a cancelation.
The deposit will also be used as security againsst any breakages, losses or damage incurred, and will be refunded only
when the apartment has been vacated, keys returned and the apartment checked.
The full payment needs to be sent 6 weeks before departure.
For longer lettings in the low season special rates are available.
The appartment is fully equipped and contains a full complement of crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans, towels, bed linen, ironing board, iron and hair dryer.
You will need to supply tea towels, dish cloths and beach towels
Car Hire is not neccesary but useful if you with to explore. The Easyjet website is probably one of the cheapest for car hire and can be collected on arrival from Malaga airport approximately 15 minutes away from the apartment.

Please note that the water is perfectly safe to drink, so there is no necessity to buy large bottles of water from the supermarket.
We have found that EasyJet offer the cheapest flights. Other airlines such as Iberia and British airways also fly to Malaga.
